Yogic discipline which consists meditation practices is long considered as the means for consciousness transformation.  It utilizes our thought force and moulds the mind’s tendencies towards higher planes.

The Patanjali’s Raja Yoga which consists of eight limbs (five external practices and three internal practices) is the age old traditional yogic discipline to achieve balance of mind and to bring about the transformation of consciousness.

Correct meditation practices under proper guidance of a competent teacher should result in the permanent positive improvements in one’s balance tendencies of the mind, character, traits, or behavior.  This however is a long drawn and arduous process known to practitioners and academic researchers in the field.

In the middle of 20th century, Sri Ramchandra (known as Babuji) a spiritual pioneer had radically modified and perfected the method of yoga practice, and utilizes the technique of Pranahuti (Yogic Transmission), brought back by his master Sri Ramchandra of Fategarh (known as Lalaji) for the uplift of consciousness.  The advent of this special personality marked the new era of spiritual regeneration.

Pranahuti is the offering of super force of Prana (Life Force or pure consciousness) into the hearts of seeker through the will of a capable teacher.  According to Sri Ramchandra, this super force from the ultimate Reality or Centre is the real power that can unfold and divinize the human mind into the stature of Divine and lead one to the ultimate Reality of one’s being.

This spiritual practice is known as the Natural Path, or Pranahuti Supported Meditation (PSM), or Sri Ramchandra’s Raja Yoga (SRRY).

What PSM Consists Of

The practice of Pranahuti Supported Meditation (PSM) consists of:
